The Orlando Philharmonic can present your Virtual Visit via your school or District's approved digital platform or can host your students on our platform provider.  Students will need a laptop, tablet, or smartphone and internet access.  Teachers are required to attend and help facilitate student participation.

The OPO will return to in-person musician visits when School Districts deem it safe to do so.

Fees / Ticketing:

The cost of each Virtual Visit is $250.

Teachers are encouraged to request Arts and Culture Access Funding through United Arts to help support participation.

Cancellation Policy

With advanced notice, the Orlando Philharmonic can attempt to help you with rescheduling your Virtual Visit.  However, rescheduling requests are subject to musician availability and cannot be guaranteed.  If you cancel your Virtual Visit with less than 28 days notice, you will still be responsible for the full program fee.
