The Symphony Storytime Series presents live music for young students by Orlando Philharmonic musicians, along with narration and beautiful hand-drawn illustrations that bring favorite children’s classics to life.
Since its inception in the 2015-2016 season, Symphony Storytime has been attended by more than 8,000 people. This year, we are pleased to offer our most popular programs as in-school presentations.
Presentations are 30 minutes in length and the OPO always present back to back presentations.
The Runaway Bunny: Margaret Wise Brown’s classic story The Runaway Bunny (Companion book to “Goodnight Moon”) features a piano trio and includes a stunning visual presentation created by Michelee Puppets. This presentation also includes a special educational session by Michelee Puppets!
