Please note: Typically run time for two back to back presentations is 75 minutes, so the above times reflect the potential windows when we can present. Can be negotiated depending on school schedule.

Space / technical requirements:

Microphone and projector screen (Smart Board is fine)

Ability for musicians and production to set up room 10-15 minutes prior to student arrival.

OPO can furnish piano, but performance space must have manageable access points, including ramps etc. to utilize OPO piano.

Cancellation Policy

Schools must provide at least 45 days notice for any delays or cancellations, including time changes or date shifts. The OPO will reschedule if provided the 45 day lead time, based on the availability of artists.
